With the economy a mess and not looking like it will improve any time soon, we wanted to do our share at helping to turn things around. A concept pretty much lost in this day and age is "Lay-A-Way". For those younger owners out there this may be something you are not familiar with. Years ago, before credit cards, merchants would allow their customers a means to "lay" money "away" towards the purchase of products and/or services. A down-payment would be made in cash towards the purchase. Additional payments would be accepted only when the customer could afford it. Zero interest was charged and there was no possibility of a "late fee" or "over-limit fee". Simply put, the customer was able to comfortably make payments on their time-frame and upon receiving the product, would own it out-right with no remaining balance. What a concept huh?

Clear Image Automotive is happy to offer this lost method of payment in hopes it will be re-established nation-wide. How do you take advantage of this awesome offer? Call to get your order started. A 25% deposit of your total order is required upfront. After that, you pay when you want to pay, with no interest and no minimum requirements. You have 12 months (one year) from your invoice date to pay off your total balance. The minute your last payment is processed, your order becomes active and the shop will start building!

Production for your product(s) does not start until your balance is paid in full.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

CLEAR IMAGE AUTO'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Congratulations on your header(s) purchase. You have chosen the finest products built for your car in the industry!

COVERAGE

• This warranty is to the original purchaser of our header(s). It warrants the header(s) against functional defects; cracking, warping and splittin. It also warrants the header(s) against leaking as a result of incomplete welds or functional defects.
• This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and only when the header(s) are installed on a single vehicle.
• Corrosion is NOT covered as it is part of normal wear and tear. Corrosion can be inhibited by applying a ceramic coating. A separate warranty for the ceramic coating may be provided by the company performing the ceramic coating. Clear Image Automotive is not in the ceramic coating business and does not offer any such warranty. Clear Image Automotive will not be held liable for any problems resulting from or with a ceramic coating.

DURATION

• This warranty remains in effect for life as long as the original purchaser owns the car the header(s) are installed on. This warranty is NOT transferable.

RETURN POLICY:

• If at any time the original purchaser feels the functionality of our header(s) are compromised, they may request repair or replacement, pending evaluation from CLEAR IMAGE AUTOMOTIVE. CLEAR IMAGE AUTOMOTIVE reserves the right to attempt repair of the header(s) to meet warranty coverage. If repair is not possible, CLEAR IMAGE AUTOMOTIVE will replace the header(s) with a brand new set. If there is no functionality issue, the header(s) WILL NOT be repaired, reconditioned, re-coated or replaced. Shipping to CLEAR IMAGE AUTOMOTIVE will be at the original purchasers expense. Any shipping from CLEAR IMAGE AUTOMOTIVE to the original purchaser, after a complete evaluation, will be at the expense of the original purchasers, UNLESS a defect is detected. Clear Image Automotive absolutely will NOT send replacement parts without the original products being returned for evaluation first. NO exceptions. If a customer does have a warranty claim and requests replacement without first returning the product(s) in question, full payment is required. Upon return of the damaged product(s) and complete evaluation, refund of the new product(s) will be issued.  We understand a warranty issue can cause down-time, inconveniences, etc and we have always tried to accommodate our customers. Unfortunately products are often not returned and/or returned damaged. Clear Image Automotive will no longer accept the losses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This offer is valid for 30 days from time of original shipping of the new header(s). In order to redeem this offer, original purchaser must supply the Make, model, year, color and VIN # of the vehicle the header(s) will be installed on. No other offer, policy, warranty, guarantee or otherwise is associated with this Limited Lifetime warranty. Installation of our header(s) is acknowledgement and acceptance of all information provided within and under this warranty.

ACTIVATION: To activate this warranty, simply fill out the portion of this form below. Make a copy and return within 30 days of the time of original shipping of the new header(s).
