Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- If
a customer wishes to cancel an order after
credit card processing has been completed there is a 15%
processing fee.
- All
sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the
integrity of the product is in question or there is an
obvious manufacturing fault after inspection by Clear Image
Automotive. However, if no defect is found under inspection,
the product can only be returned within 30 days of the
invoice date with a 15% restocking fee.
All shipping costs are the customers responsibility . If the original
box has been opened the contents are subject to inspection.
The customer is liable for any damage.
- If a
customer wishes to exchange a product
all shipping is his/her responsibility. Used product exchanges
are at the discretion of Clear Image Automotive and subject
to inspection before any credit will be given.
- If a refund, return, exchange or additional
shipping is due to damage during shipping to
the customer from Clear Image Automotive, manufacturing defects
or missing parts, they will be done at no charge.
