Return/Exchange/Refund


Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order after credit card processing has been completed there is a 5% processing fee.
     
  • If a customer wishes to return a product after shipping has been completed there is a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the customers responsibility . If the original box has been opened the contents are subject to inspection. The customer is liable for any damage.
     
  • If a customer wishes to exchange a product all shipping is his/her responsibility. Used product exchanges are at the discretion of Clear Image Automotive and subject to inspection before any credit will be given.
     
  • If a refund, return, exchange or additional shipping is due to damage during shipping to the customer from Clear Image Automotive, manufacturing defects or missing parts, they will be done at no charge.
