| The exhaust system is available
in many configurations:. 2 1/2" or 3", aluminized
steel or 304 stainless steel (coming soon), full race only systems
with 3" ball/socket, (matches our Quad-1 headers, as shown
above), or as
a cat-back system from ANY headers available on the market.
These systems will also work with the stock manifolds and catalytic converters.
We offer these
complete kits with SpinTech mufflers exclusively. They have been a great company to
work with and we have
always loved the sound.
Choice of Pro Shootout (Race mufflers), Pro Street or Street
XL (street mufflers).
The
exhaust system components are also available individually:
Balance-pipe, muffler assembly, Over-axle pipes or
tailpipes. The tailpipes were designed to give your car that
custom look as our tips are visible from the side of the car
where they follow the body line. They turn-down so as not to
blacken trailers in tow. However the turn-down is not
pointing at the ground, as many systems do, so the resonance
(drone) is greatly reduced. One other bonus to our tip
design is the ground clearance they provide when driving
your car up onto a trailer or pulling into a steep driveway.
They are also available as mirror-polished 304 stainless
steel. Our over-axle design is like no other on the market.
We chose to offer a design, which takes longer to
manufacture, but offers better clearance than any other
company.
We designed our 2 1/2" system with center
in/center out so the customer can use any muffler on the
market if they choose. However we offer the choice of
either the Sportsman Street XL mufflers or Pro Street
mufflers as part of the standard kit.
Our 3" system uses offset in/offset out because of the
sheer size of the tubing and the mufflers in proximity to
the driveshaft. This system is only available with
Sportsman Street XL mufflers.
Here's our 304 stainless steel 3" exhaust
using Spintech Sportsman Street XL mufflers and mirror
polished tips. Also shown with Magnaflow resonated tips with
turn-down.

Here are more pictures of our 3" system.

Here's the 3" cross-over pipe. I don't
like calling it an "X-pipe" because it differs greatly from
a standard "X-pipe" design. Our philosophy is to
allow the exhaust gases to straighten out before the merge
point. This alleviates cross-flow turbulence and allows for
a balance in pressure only.

And here's a picture of our complete 2
1/2" exhaust system shown with mirror polished 3" tips and
Sportsman Street XL mufflers.

Optional mirror-polished 304 stainless
tips. (3" shown with custom 2 1/2" inlet).
