Custom
We do custom work on other
header brands. Many
manufacturers do not take the time to correctly shape the ports,
clean-up the tubing, seal and/or surface the flanges properly,
etc... Here are a set of shorty headers a customer sent to
work on. Focusing on quality, we cleaned the header up, added structural and
beauty welds to each primary tube, added EGT sensor bungs where the customer requested them and blocked
of the airpump fitting holes left in the primary tubes. A picture is worth a thousand words.

We custom built a few sets of longer tube TRI-Y Headers
(94-96 B-body) for low-revving forced
induction and nitrous applications. Available ONLY at custom request
for an additional $200.00 over the cost of our Quad headers.

All custom headers are built on location by
appointment only. Please allow 8 weeks for scheduling.
A 50% deposit is required before any
work will begin. Standard cost is approximately $1,500.00.
This cost includes materials and labor
only.
Catalytic converters, ceramic coating,
chrome plating, etc is additional.
Custom exhaust and fabrication is billed at the
rate of $90.00 per hour.
Custom welding and welding repair is billed at
the rate of $75.00 per hour.
8.9% WA state sales tax will apply.
