This header/exhaust project was performed on a 1987 Porsche 930 Turbo.

The headers are made of 321 stainless steel tubing. Primary size is 1 5/8" with 1 1/2" insert into the heads. The secondaries are 2" into Burns Stainless 321 merge collectors. As you can see from the pictures we chose a different design than what other companies offer. Our headers are almost perfectly symmetrical. Every bolt can be accessed with standard ratchet and socket.

All flanges are 1/2" laser cut and tubing wall thickness is .065

This system was designed with a 40mm Tial wastegate but the basic system will be built to work with the stock wastegate. (Customers will be able to order the headers with mounting flange for either wastegates.)

The exhaust system consists of a 3" down-pipe into a single 640 cfm metallic core, spiral wound catalytic converter into a single SpinTech Pro Street muffler. The tailpipe is also 3" exiting through a 4" mirror polished tip. Everything but the tip was ceramic coated in "Cobra Black" satin ceramic rated to 2,000 degrees.  All exhaust components are made of 304 stainless steel (.065 wall thickness). The down-pipe flange is 1/2" laser cut. We made custom exhaust hangers to mount the system to the car.
