Pontiac Solstice
We build our headers with 14 gage (.083 wall) mild
steel tubing and 3/8" thick CNC laser cut header flanges for
superior strength and longevity.
All of our Mandrel bending, fitting, welding and
surfacing are done in-house.
The Solstice headers are available with 1 1/2" or
1 5/8" primary tubes and choice of 4 into 1 or TRI-Y (4 into 2 into
1) design.
We also offer a choice between a shorty, mid-length or
long tube design.
Our headers are ceramic coated inside and out with
CHROMEX ceramic by Performance Coatings.

Shorty

This header replaces the
stock exhaust manifold directly using the stock gasket and nuts.
It bolts to the factory catalytic converter using stock hardware
and is emissions compliant. No cutting, fitting or welding is
