Polished Tips

We fabricate our tips from 16 gage (.065 wall thickness)
stainless steel. They can be ordered to length in 2 1/2" or
3" diameter and with choice of a 30 or 45 degree slant cut
as well as straight if desired. All stock tips, as pictured
are 12" and 20" in length. The 3" tips utilize a transition
down to 2 1/2" and are TIG welded for perfection.
We then expand the inlet of each to accept a 2 1/2" tube,
for a perfect slip-fit, which can be clamped or welded.
Each tip is then sent to a local metal polisher for a
perfect, mirror polished finish.
You will not find a nicer finish! The
following pictures do not do these tips justice! As with all
of our products, you can expect the same meticulous quality
and workmanship "Clear Image Automotive" has become known
for.
