Chevy Silverado Full Length TRI-Y headers

These are a full length set of TRI-Y headers made of 14 gauge mild steel (.083 wall thickness). The header flanges are 3/8" thick CNC laser cut and machined flat for a leak-free seal. The final collectors utilize a ball-socket flange for easy hook-up to the custom, bolt-in Y-pipe. The headers are available with either 1 5/8" primary tubes for normally aspirated applications or 1 3/4" primary tubes for forced induction or stroked motors.

You will also be pleased that we take the extra time to polish all clamp marks and do 100% welds around all the primary tubes. This takes approximately 45 minutes more to manufacture but the results are worth the effort. Our competition does not take the time to do this. As a result strength is lost, water may be able to get into the seems around the primary tubes which could cause rust and over-all the headers are less visually appealing. Our prices are also less.

NO WELDING IS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION (Certain models)

These pictures are a production set with hi-temp aluminum paint.

CHROMEX polished aluminum ceramic coating is also available.

The Y-pipe is 2 1/2" Mandrel bent aluminized tubing into a single 3" collector which uses the GM ball flange for a true OEM fit to the cat-back exhaust system. The Y-pipe can be ordered for off-road applications or with dual 590 cfm high-flow catalytic converters.

The converters are made of 100% 304 stainless steel, including the spiral wound substrate.
